About the song, "El Choclo"
"El Choclo" was composed by an Argentine composer, Ángel Villoldo (1861 - 1919) who was one of the best tango pioneers. "El Choclo" is indeed tango music (a type of Latin music). "El Choclo" means "the corn." However, later, other musicians created their own versions of lyrics and titles such as "Kiss of Fire" and "Beso de Fuego" sung by musicians such as Louis Armstrong and Connie Francis.
