About "Jingle Bells":
"Jingle Bells" was written by American composer, James Pierpont in the 1850s. Although it was intended to be for Thanksgiving season, it became very popular as a Christmas and winter holiday song in many countries decades after.
Tips for playing Level 4 "Jingle Bells":
This arrangement of "Jingle Bells" is at an intermediate level (Level 4). And it requires a quick repetitive motion. Please take advantage of staccato to create crisp repetitive notes in the second section. The right-hand plays the melody and additional harmonic notes. The left-hand plays the bass line. There are a several longer notes that need to be held while you need to perform other faster notes (shorter beats) with the other finger of the same hand. When that happens, try to hold those longer notes as long as they are supposed to be held. This arrangement is written in the key of F major. It's a joyous-sounding arrangement.
