Tips for playing Level 1 "Panis Angelicus":
On this page, we are offering Level 1 (Beginner's level) of "Panis Angelicus." You can stay in one hand position for the entire song. After you download it, please locate the hand position on the tutorial page. There are fingering numbers provided on every note. You'll be playing only the melody notes for this level without any other additional notes that create harmonies. There is one black note which is F# (F sharp) that you need to play. When you see the sharp sign (#) on the music score, please go to the black key that indicated on the tutorial page. Also, remember that if there is F# in a given measure, the 2nd F in the same measure (between bars) is also F sharp even though you don't see the sharp sign. It is a reasonably slow piece. Try not to play fast so that it won't end up sounding like a marching song. This arrangement is written for piano solo. However, you or someone else can sing along. The separate lyrics page is included in the PDF file.
